How do I book a stay on JenYue Stays?

Search for your destination, select your dates, and choose a listing that fits your needs. Complete your booking securely through JenYue Stays and enjoy a seamless stay.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed through Bux.ph, supporting BPI, Metrobank, Landbank, BDO, QR Ph, and other available channels within the Bux.ph system.

When is check in and check out?

Check in and check out times are set individually by each host and are displayed on the listing page or shared after booking.

What happens if the host cancels or there is an issue?

If a host is unable to accommodate your stay, you are entitled to a full refund. If you arrive and no one is available to assist you, JenYue Stays will help secure a new place immediately along with a full refund.

How can I get help during my stay?

Policies

Is there a security deposit?

Security deposits are optional and depend on the host’s requirements. If applicable, the deposit is collected upon booking and is fully refundable within 24 hours after check out, provided there are no damages.

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking policies vary by listing. If smoking is not allowed and a violation occurs, a penalty fee may be charged as specified by the host.

Are pets allowed?

Pet policies are set by each host. Please review the listing details carefully before booking. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges.

For Hosts

How do hosts get paid?

Host payouts are released 24 hours after guest check out and sent directly to the selected payout method.

Are there any hosting fees?

At this time, JenYue Stays does not charge platform fees as we continue to grow our community.

Is there host protection coverage?

Yes. JenYue Stays provides host protection coverage of up to ₱1,000,000 for eligible guest related damages.
