Welcome to JenYue Stays. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including guests, hosts, and visitors.
“Platform” refers to the JenYue Stays website and services. “Guest” refers to users booking accommodations. “Host” refers to users listing properties. “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation made through JenYue Stays.
JenYue Stays operates as a booking platform connecting hosts and guests. We do not own, manage, or operate listed properties unless explicitly stated. Hosts are responsible for their listings and guest experiences.
All bookings must be completed through the JenYue Stays platform. Payments are processed securely via Bux.ph, supporting BPI, Metrobank, Landbank, BDO, QR Ph, and other supported channels.
At this time, JenYue Stays does not charge platform service fees.
Security deposits are optional and depend on host requirements. If required, the deposit is collected upon booking and is refundable within 24 hours after guest check out, provided no damages are reported.
Check in and check out times are determined by each host and displayed on the listing page. Guests are expected to follow the host’s stated schedule.
Cancellation and refund policies vary by listing and are defined by the host. In cases where a host cancels or cannot accommodate a booking, guests are entitled to a full refund.
If a guest arrives and no host or access is available, JenYue Stays will assist in rebooking a new accommodation and provide a full refund when applicable.
JenYue Stays offers host protection coverage of up to ₱1,000,000 for eligible guest related damages. Claims are subject to review and supporting documentation.
Guests must follow house rules set by the host. Smoking and pet policies vary by listing. Violations may result in penalty fees as specified by the host.
Host payouts are released 24 hours after guest check out and sent to the host’s selected payout method.
Users agree to provide accurate information, respect property rules, and comply with all applicable laws. JenYue Stays reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
JenYue Stays is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, except where required by law.
JenYue Stays may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
